This 3-star contemporary hotel is located in a tranquil area of st petersburg within 20 minutes drive from the city centre. Comfortable and good-value accommodation suitable for business travellers or for leisure guests who don't mind not staying directly in the city centre. Location the hotel is situated in a quiet area on the right side of neva river. This hotel is conveniently linked with the city centre and the most significant sights in saint-petersburg by public transport. It is within 20 minutes drive from the city centre and it is 26 kilometres away from the airport. Shuttle bus from the hotel to the center of the city and back available.Exterior the property is a 16-storey white contemporary purpose-built building. Leisure facilities there is a beauty shop in the hotel offering manicure, pedicure and tanning facilities. In addition, there is a sauna open 24 hours a day. Rooms junior suites were renovated in 2005. With a total area of 28sqm these rooms are contemporary, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The rooms have a separate sitting-room and bedroom which have contemporary decor, carpeted flooring and up-to-date amenities. Bathrooms have a shower cabin and a toilet-room for guests. There is also a fully-equipped working area ideal for business travellers. Restaurants & bars the hotel restaurant "karelia" offers an a-la-carte menu with a selection of dishes from the russian and european cuisines. Continental buffet breakfast is served daily from 07:00 - 11:00 at the hotel's restaurant.

Although not centrally located, this hotel offers very good value for money. By taxi the centre is rapid and easy to reach. (02/08 mw) from the outside the building looks not attractive at all. But in the past years the hotel has done a lot to upgrade the public areas and the guest rooms. The greyish external does not reflect the situation interior at all. The hotel is located outside the city centre of st. Petersburg.
